The Cloverport Board of Education will offer surplus items for sale by sealed bid beginning September 2, 2020. Items are available for viewing on the school website and will be sold by lot number. Official forms are available on the school website as well as the school office. Bids must be clearly marked “BID-SURPLUS PROPERTY” on the outside of the envelope. Items are sold “as is”. All sealed bids are due at the board office at 301 Poplar Street, Cloverport, KY 40111 by noon on September 17, 2020. Winning bidders are responsible for removing the items promptly from the site. All items must be picked up by October 9, 2020. Awarded Bidder is responsible for all equipment necessary to remove the items. **NOTE: Certain lots will require the awarded bidder to sign a waiver form prior to removing the items.
