CHRISTMAS ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS will be taken on November 6 and November 7 from 8 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. These are the only days available to apply. Families must call 270-788-3388 ext. 128 for an appointment. In order to apply, you MUST bring the following to Ms. Pat's office on the day of your appointment-NO EXCEPTIONS:

1. PROOF of income for each member of the household.

2. List of all household members.

3. MUST HAVE copies/originals of ALL household bills.

4. List of places you have received Christmas Assistance before (please  include year received).

IF YOU DO NOT BRING ALL of the aforementioned information to appointment,  you will not  be able to fill out an application. There are only 20 slots available this year. Please do not wait or risk not being able to be served. Our sponsors  need the information quickly so they can shop for your student(s). 

VETERANS DAY BREAKFAST AND PROGRAM will be held on Monday, November 13. Breakfast at 8 a.m. in the cafeteria (enter through patio doors please) and then join us for a program in gym at 8:45 p.m. (all times are central) Please RSVP to Ms. Pat at 270-788-3388 ext 128 please.  Thank you for your service and allowing us to honor you on this day.
